Side menu won't let me scroll down

Discus and support Side menu won't let me scroll down in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; please help my son's Xbox one s.     Side menu won't let me scroll down


    please help my son's Xbox one s.

    When he press the home button and the side menu pops up it won't let him scroll down

    I've tried 4 controllers and all doing the same

    :)

    Gamertag not saving

    Lets remove and re-add the account alright that should do the trick.

    Go to settings - account - remove accounts

    Re - add the account bring up the side menu - go to the icon at the top above friends list - go left scroll down until you see add & manage click on it then click add new.

    NXOE dashboard is terrible

    Thats the menu button Side menu won't let me scroll down :)

    You can now get to the settings through the side menu, so if you're at the dashboard, go to the left, which will bring up the side menu, then scroll down to the second to last option, and you'll find your settings there Side menu won't let me scroll down :)

    If the idea has already been added to the feedback site, then make sure you vote for it too Side menu won't let me scroll down :)

    Greetings!

    Let's first try resetting the console's memory by powering it down, unplugging it for 5 minutes, then power it back on and try once more.

    If this does not fix the issue let's
    factory reset the console    and select Keep my games and apps on step 7.

    Post back and let us know how that all goes!

    Ghost Recon Breakpoint.

    I am unable to scroll through weapons in the load out menu .I can highlight the right hand side of the gun menu but I can't move it down to scroll through the guns. Anyone else having this issue?
    Solved... put the cursor in the middle of the items not on the scroll bar then move up and down with the right stick 😎

    Claiming Player Perks

    Click on the games with gold link on the Xbox Dashboard. That will open up a scroll menu on the left hand-side of the screen. Scroll down to claim player perks and click on it again. This will open up a separate window with three different things to
