Shut down when loading game

my xbox s shuts down when im loading a game to go online i can go through all settings and and things not a problem the minute i want to go on a game and load up to go online it shuts down then when i turn back on it comes on with a heat problem code i
cant understand i can look through things for ages but its only when a game loads up any help please

solitaire events wont load

cannot load solitaire events. when loading it kicks out automatically and shuts down solitaire.

Forza motorsport 7 crash on startup

Hi, when I try to open forza motorsport 7 it shuts down in the loading screen.

When you launch a game that will increase the load on the console, causing it to start to heat up. In your case, clearly that's triggering the sensor that detects whether the console is too hot, which causes it to shut down to prevent damage to the hardware.

Is your console in a well ventilated area? Make sure that there's a reasonable amount of space around it and that nothing is covering up any of the vents.

If the console is in a well ventilated area and nothing is blocking the vents, it might require servicing unfortunately. If it's under warranty, I would get the retailer to replace it if possible, otherwise you can contact Xbox Support to get Microsoft to
service it. If it's out of warranty, there will be a fee for the repair, although I don't know how much it is.

I had this issue with the game loading. In order to get it to load again I would shut down my xbox(hold my finger on the power button on the console until it shut down completely, not just going to sleep) and then turn it back on...my game would always launch
after a reboot like that.

Their is a problem with the coping of the game as I have had same issue also their is a loading problem with the game as it frezzes when saving and then it trys to load when it is corrupt then forcing the game to shut down they are working on a number
of issues such as sound and car audio freezing and changing the save system I suggest try reinstall the game as the have update

Is this happening with only your games or other apps too?

If this is happening "only" with your games (any game) then this is your OS what's causing this issue. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this point. You are just going to have to wait for the next system update and hopefully this issue should
fix. If you are having this problem then you are not alone, I have this issue and other people as well.

If your console is shutting down on apps too then there is something wrong with your console or power supply.
