Shuffle Party won't install

I 'bought' shuffle party, but it did not download properly so I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall. However, the store says it is already installed How do I get this app? (using windows 10 on a pc).

After you uninstall the game, let's try restarting your game before reinstalling it. That can often times clean up install issues like this! If that doesn't help with installing the game post back here and let us know

Installed Shuffle party without a problem but still will not update my other installed apps without the same error message

Yes. All the steps prior to Shuffle Party failed to resolve the problem. Windows Event Viewer Logs don't show any errors. The result of successfully installing Shuffle Party and then trying to run it resulted in the following message:

Sorry, we can't sign you in. Try signing in at Xbox.conm, then start this app again. (-2101608440).
