    ShowtimeAnytime App isn't working right


    Hey,

    This has been going on for about a week now where I have to struggle to watch any shows I want to via this app.

    When I go to start an episode (sometimes, even when I'm just picking the series) I keep getting an error message: "Sorry, this Showtime Anytime feature isn't available right now. Please try again later. For more information, go to
    www.xbox.com/status ".

    This is really annoying because whenever I check that link... there apparently is no issue with this app.

    I have to hard reset the console a few times and then it eventually works.

    Anybody having this issue as well? This is on two separate xbox one consoles of mine that I'm having this issue.

    Xbox isn't working right

    Ok so, I turn on my Xbox one so I can play with my friends. I'm not in a game, I'm not in a group chat with anyone, I'm at my home screen. My mom calls me over for something and I leave my room for 20 minutes. I come back and it shows that Rainbow Six Siege
    needs to be updated, so I click "Ok" and the screen goes black for a second, loads into my updates and it keeps loading into that again and again. I tried to turn off my Xbox and turn it back on, it still has it loading. I get a "Something went wrong!" on
    my screen and it gives me a code to put in on xbox.com/errorhelp. So I type in the link, put in the code and it says "Sorry! No Support articles were found for "Ox800706bf"." So I don't know what to do with my Xbox one. I need help. ShowtimeAnytime App isn't working right :(

    Thanks for reaching out. I would suggest performing a
    factory reset     while keeping your games and apps. This normally takes care of any software issues that arise from console updates. Since you are a member of the Insider Program, I will recommend checking out the

    Insider subreddit     and see if others have experienced similar symptoms.

    When the console is on, try pressing the power button for 10 seconds.

    This is a hard reset and may solve your problem. Let us know, but if it persists, it could be a hardware problem.
