Discus and support Showing email on home screen in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My email doesnt show up on my home screen anymore and when i go to sign in security and passkey the box is greyed out and i cant access it...     Hey there Tex☮︎︎,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be befuddling for anyone to encounter. I suggest

    removing and redownloading     the account if possible,

    When you get the chance give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    On your home screen is the friends tab showing if no press RT+LT+Y at the same time this refreshes the home screen.
