    I bought this game and played it for 15 minutes so I requested a refund. The refund was denied because the product was used. But in this picture you can see it says if a game leaves you wanting more you can refund. So how come I cant refund?

    I applied for a refund well within the 2 weeks, and I haven't played it at all (so under 2 hours play time). I'm unable to download the game though as I don't own an Xbox, I'm wanting a refund/exchange so I can purchase it for PC. Seems strange that it
    must be downloaded and launched before requesting a refund as they specifically told me they wouldn't refund games that had been played/consumed.

    they maybe able to refund it depending how you purchased it

    through your console or xbox.com

    if its through xbox.com and you didnt download it, it shouldnt be a problem for a refund.

    I was buying Ryse and bought BF4 by accident lol drunken mistake... because I didnt download it and bought it through xbox.com they helped me out and within 5 days I got my refund..

    they could tell that i never downloaded it to my console so.....
