    I pre ordered Microsoft flight sim for Xbox series s and if I looked at it right they should of taken my money coz it’s now within the 10 days before release

    My question is, how come the pre-order didn’t get taken out today yet if the pre-order gets taken out 10 days before release. It should be taken at some point today

    Payment for pre-orders are not taken until around 10 days before release. So the payment would not have been taken until now. Since Microsoft can't get the payment, they have had to cancel the pre-order. Your only option is to purchase it again.

    i pre ordered on august 20, and nobody knows when it will ship. they still haven't taken payment yet. microsoft should be better than this. take my money please and send me my scorpio edition. they pre authorize payment with paypal then they cancel it.
    all microsoft says is it should happen soon. they've had 3 months, how much more time do they need?

    Why not give the option?

    When payment is taken depends on the payment option used. It's all explained here: https://support.xbox.com/games/purchasing/pre-order-faq

    If you have currency on your account and use that to pay for a pre-order it's taken right away from the account.

    Keep in mind, most places that do pre-orders don't charge for the pre-order until the item releases.

    Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

    If you only recently purchased a pre-order of Dragon Ball, we have not received that data yet.
