    Should known issues be reported?


    If I encounter an issue thats listed in their known issues should I still go ahead and report a problem?

    Furthermore if I encounter the same issue I reported already again do I re report that issue or leave it be?

    There is a known issue with the modem Technicolor TC8305C, generally this is caused by the connecting cable. You should contact Comcast support and report this issue.

    Got it. Unfortunately, we've already tried all the solutions that should be able to fix the issue. As mentioned above, our best option is to try it again at a later time. Be sure to report the issue using the Feedback Hub. The Xbox team appreciate all our reports for them to investigate and fix any possible known issues.
