Should I take y'all to court for banning me permanently, and my console, for no reason?

Y'all banned me for absolutely no reason and I want my console and accounts back. People have been mass reporting anyone they want to, and people like us have out stuff banned because of them. I just bought the console for 180 bucks, but y'all don't care and banned it anyway. I got hit in the Xbox ban waves, and now I'm getting hit again.

If it's a console ban then it's permanent. Console bans are not issued lightly. If it was banned, there is a good reason for it. It's one of the risks you take when buying pre-owned instead of from an authorized seller.

microsoft needs to go to court for false permanent bans on people.

There is nothing you can do, a permanently banned console stays permanently banned. Take it back and get refunded.

You need to return the console from where you purchased it since the console was ban. Console bans are permanent bans and the seller should take it back since it not an operational product
