should i plug my xbox series s into a fully fuctional ups if my voltage have issues ?? will the ups damage my console ?? my ups is apc and is a good brand.

I would. I have all of my consoles plugged in to a UPS just in case and it's never caused a problem.

Which Xbox do you have, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X or Xbox Series X or S? Not all of them are multi-voltage. The Xbox 360 and Xbox One will need either a power converter or a power supply for your region. As for the Xbox One S, Xbox One X and Series X or S, they are multi-voltage, and should work fine with the correct power cable.

as far as I know, you don't need an adaptor to change the voltage, you only need to have the correct plug, so it will fit the wall socket.
For the Series X|S there is no need to change the voltage, it will work on both 230v and 120v.

In Sweden a C or F plug is used and in United States they use A or B plugs
