    Should I get Halo MCC?


    i have never been a fan of first person shooters. Always been an rpg guy. Then a friend talked me into getting Destiny and playing that with him and I'm loving it! So I've been thinking about getting MCC. I've never played any halo games at all. I have
    heard the multiplayer is a mess. But I'm not a big pvp guy so I don't really care about that. I just want to play through the campaigns and experience the halo story. Or is the single player mode a mess too?

    which should i get ?

    for use with both games i would say the rock band drums are the best to go for. The layout of the GH drums makes it awkward to play RB on. However, if your mainly playing guitar/band hero then go for the GH drums.

    Plus, you can get the RB drums for under £20 from alot of places at the moment.

    Neither set are perfect and will probably break so keep the receipt.

    Well you can use the Lips mics, but they're terrible IMO. Pitch detection is all over the shop, especially in Rock Band 2. I'd just stick with the wired mic if I were in your shoes as it won't cost you any extra.

    I'm not into multiplayer/on-line gaming, but I have played all of the Halo game campaigns (Original XBox and XBox 360) and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. When I picked up my Xbox One, the first game that I purchased was MMC. I've been playing all of the
    campaigns again and haven't had any problems. For me, MMC was definitely a good purchase.

    Halo Wars 2 not available to download on my PC even though it is already purchased on my Xbox

    It gets a bit complicated. If you have Gamepass then all should instal. The console will allow you to have Halo 5: Guardian, Halo Wars 2, Halo Wars De, Halo Spartan Assault and Halo MCC installed. The PC allows Halo CE, Halo, Halo Forge, Halo Wars 2,
    Halo Wars DE, Halo Wars Spartan Assault, Halo Wars Spartan Strike and Halo MCC to be installed.

    As for paying vs. free, the Microsoft Store should handle that. It might need resetting using a cmd prompt at admin level of wsreset. It takes a bit.

    I have had to uninstall and redownload MCC to get it to capture all, but it works!

    Let us know if you still have problems!

    Who is preordering Halo 5?

    I have pre-ordered Halo 5. Admittedly Halo: MCC was disappointing but that is because it was rushed in the year of its launch so they could get it out before the holidays. Halo 5 however has had much more time, a planned release date and should be much more....
    'functional' than MCC, I hope.
