    Should I factory reset my Xbox?


    What should I do if my Xbox Series X is refusing to connect to the internet and I can’t buy or download anything and when I connect it, it will just automatically disconnect or say it wasn’t connected to the internet.

    I am glad I am not the only one in this, I am in the process of factory resetting my PC right now but you are exactly right, this issue should be looked into by the company, I shouldn't have to factory reset my PC everytime I want to use the Xbox Game Pass

    Hello Chris,

    for the factory reset I chose the Option which keeps the apps and games downloaded. I reckon that I should try the full factory reset clearing the whole Xbox?
