    Should I enable console preview updates?


    I usually try to give advice for games since I know a games issues don’t define its future (Like Cyberpunk, how it started out a mess but now it’s a masterpiece) As much as I’d love to preview updates, I’ve heard concerningly much about console factory resets, and that would be a great inconvenience to me, is there any way to reduce safety concerns?     My Xbox One keeps going back to home screen when I try to load my game.

    Are you in Preview? I have seen this from the recent Preview update and it is supposed to be patched with the update that will be released tomorrow.

    If you are in Preview you should be posting this in the Preview forums and not in the regular forums and then reporting via the console tools every time this happens.

    Hey there OwnedGenie.

    We've reached out to the preview team and your console should now be removed from the preview program. Because your console has been receiving preview updates it will factory reset, but you will no longer be receiving preview updates. Thanks for your patience

    Hey, Delta. The Blu-ray app update is not a preview version. It is an update that was released to the general public. To enable 3D Blu-ray playback, you need this app update combined with the system update that is currently in Preview.
