    Should I be worried about this?


    Hello, recently my friend bought me something on my account as he couldn’t gift it to me (cod points to be specific) and now I somewhat worry about him pulling my account somehow using his payment info or charging it back and it banning me. Is there any way to protect myself? It wasn’t the first purchase if that changes anything as those were made with my personal card.

    He doesn’t have my account information, so I guess if i wait 60-120 days it would be fine regarding the charge back. Thank you for the information!

    If you let him have access to your account information to do so, that's enough to violate the code of conduct and put you at risk for being banned. If he doesn't have your account information, he can't get it with his payment information. As far as him doing a chargeback, there's no way to protect yourself from that as that's his payment method.

    It seems like you have taken the right steps so far to lock your account up so good job. I would recommend possibly using the authenticator app as well for further protection
