    Shoddy ignorant customer service agents


    Ok so here is the rundown.

    Requested a refund for assassin's creed valhalla because there is a game breaking bug that is not being taken seriously that completely blocks half of the content in the game.

    I spent 2 weeks waiting for info from the devs just to get laid off with bs excuses each time despite loads of us providing the info they asked for.

    I opened the forum page on the 16th of November and there is still no fix despite it being one of the most popular bug reports.

    So I take matters into my own hands and request a refund because I PHYSICALLY CAN'T PLAY HALF OF THE CONTENT I PAID FOR.

    Guess what, no communication apart from "it's outside the 2 weeks" and a straight up request denied. TELL THAT TO UBISOFT, THEY ARE THE ONES WHO FUCKEC ME ABOUT SINCE THE 16TH YOU **** SCAMMERS.

    Fine, from now on I will never report bugs again, as the customer I am the one who gets shafted for it, now I have spent £59.99 and I can't even play the game I paid for.

    What is it xbox says? "Making xbox a better place" yeah **** off it should be "We'll take your money, and laugh"

    Simple, I want my money back, its been over 3 weeks and ubisoft still have no updates on the bug, I can go into full details if you want about the bug, you can find it under "unable to interact with settlement npc's" on their valhalla forums, I am the OP.
    BUT **** ME RIGHT? BECAUSE I'M OUTSIDE OF 2 WEEKS, 2 WEEKS I HAVEN'T EVEN LOADED UP THE GAME BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T FIXED IT.

    YOU KNOW WHAT, MICROSOFT ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS I KNOW, THEY TAKE YOUR CASH. AND LEAVE YOU WITH UNPLAYABLE **** WITH NO REAL WAY TO CONTACT THEIR "REAL SUPPORT" BECAUSE ITS ALL AUTOMATED BS BOTS.

    I'm honestly looking at bringing legal action to this case under the consumer rights act as its a faulty product or service that I am being refused a refund for despite trying since the 16th for a fix.

    Wrong when a customer service agent has one job the agent failed. The agents job is to respond to all questions in a healpful manner and when a person states a fact and the other person the customer service agent says the opposite saying he is stating a
    fact the agent is calling the customer a liar. A good customer service agent will show empty when dealing with a customer. A professional customer service agent will try to defuse the situation unfortunately this agent did not even attempt to at all. When
    the agent continued after I said bye with anything other than an apology then saying what he said is wrong. I the customer did not ask for anything free the customer service agent said it when he summed the call up. By the agent failing at a basic customer
    service level he cost the companie a customer that is posting everywhere about this junk controller and how customer service deals with customers. i want to make sure that you know this for the future before responding the grips are sold as a feature to help

    Next time check the end date of the sale sometimes it can be glitchy and say somehing it really isnt on xbox i had this problem with the $1 for xbox ultimate but thats because it was already expired. Have fun gaming!

    Thank you for your reply. When I go to a brick and mortar retail location and I find an item in a clearance section marked $15 off. That is the price that I pay. A cashier does not tell me to check the expiration date.

    Apparently this unprofessionalism in the marketplace with Microsoft is more common than I thought. Thank you for sharing another one of Microsoft’s mistakes!

    You should keep in mind that discounts are available only for a period of time and based on your timeline takes a while for the system to reflect it. Try to be faster next time with your purchase.
