Shipping On Xbox one controller

Thank you for reaching out to the forums, unfortunately for Standard Xbox One controllers you will not receive a shipping label.

A shipping label is only sent out when you set up a repair for:

• Xbox One console within 1 year warranty
• Xbox One Elite controller within 90 days warranty
• Xbox One Design Labs controller within 120 days warranty.

In this case you will have to pay for the shipping on your side through any shipping company that is available to you.

Typically, processing can take 3-5 business days. Depending on your location, shipping/delivery time will also vary.

Due to current global issue, some delays can/should be expected. Just keep checking your order status for updates in the coming days.

Getting items shipped to your home is currently the only option for many people due to covid19. This has unfortunately slowed down supply chains on just about everything.

Same problem here. I ordered a Xbox One Controller 5 days ago. No news yet.. Just a "Pending" state without any shipping infos.

Not able to have any information about it using Chat Support too.

Its been 12+ days and my controller hasnt come yet its actually been 16 days and it was supposed to come on the 24th
