    Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. Developed bumper fault (multiple inputs intermittently but often). Went through return or repair portal. Got to the point that I have to add my return shipping address for return label. All details entered manually except "county" which is a drop down menu. Portal will not allow me to change my county. I try repeatedly including restarting, still won't let me. Warranty clock ticking so go through with the request anyway in the hope it will correct itself. Recieve email with shipping label, INCORRECT COUNTY. Spent last few hours trying to speak to anyone from microsoft/xbox. Met with constant "that option is unavailable, please try again later" messages. Successfully managed to start a web chat through the microsoft help page but was told they wouldn't help and linked me back to xbox. Xbox help portal just an endless circle of automation and agent call back errors. Please help me. Every single time I buy a controller from this company it breaks, I have been through 3 Elite series two's, this latest one was fine until it just wasn't. I do not drop them or damage them, they just randomly fail. At this point in time I am 90% convinced that I cannot change the county so Microsoft has a reason to "lose" my controller and blame me.

    I had already gone through all of those steps but I went through them again.

    I type "Talk to an agent", and enter my reason.

    I enter the captcha code, then key in my phone number, and every single time I get the same message;

    "We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later."

    I have tried this at least twenty times now. I've spent hours on this and I am very busy. I can't actually believe Microsoft can't code a working address input screen. I just need to change the county in the address. Please provide me a direct email or phone number for the person who can help me do that. Why is that so difficult?

    I have a similar issue. I was told I was emailed a shipping label but they spelled it wrong. I have been talking to them daily for the past week trying to get another shipping label and they keep changing their answer! Fed ex! Ups! Ive been escalated,
    somebody will call me, etc. NOBODY CAN HELP ME get this fixed!!!! I paid over $500 for a machine that's less than 2 months old and its like they are intentionally giving me the runaround. Its simply unbelieveable.

    Thanks for your post, if there have been issues receiving a shipping label, please go ahead and check out our

    Devices
    page and there should be an option to view the label after signing in. If not please do
    Contact Support again because there could be an issue with the email the label was sent to (i.e. mis-typed or incorrect email documented by agent).
