    Can I ship my xbox one in for repair with a disc still inside? The reason I'm requesting repair is because the disc will not eject no matter what I have tried (manually, clicking eject, hard reboot, etc.).

    They do have a set list of steps to go through to determine if the issue is the console or something else.

    dude, just went through this about 2 months back. i love my xbox also BUT their service SUCKS.took 57 days to get xbox repaired. i sent in harddrive and you would think put new harddrive in package and send back. no brainer right ? the on line "[Mod
    Removed]    " who read off some company crap had no real answers for the delays.the xbox 360s has an "over heating problem.after finaly getting the superviser and ripping him a new one finaly got the new harddrive back.in fact they sent 2 new hardrives
    back. xbox service is bad. goog luck.
