Shipment is being held

I ordered something from Microsoft, but the shipment is being held in Warsaw. Commodity description information must be validated by the sender. For one week, Microsoft has not responded. Where can I get help?

UPS got me exited by sending text message my Xbox One would be delivered today 11/19

But then I received an email saying it is processed but they haven't received the shipment yet. The UPS tracking says it will be delivered today as well. But my guess is it is being held so it arrives Friday. Oh well.

XBOX ONE, what is the best time or how long to send it in to be fixed

I just held on to my until my Gamestop got another shipment and just exchanged it. I wasn't going to worry about sending it in.

You can always inquire about the status of your order by contacting Xbox Support, choosing either phone or chat:

Otherwise, if you have the tracking number, you can contact whatever shipping carrier they used to send it (UPS, FedEx, other?). Sounds like it hasn’t updated past a certain tracking step, stuck in processing, or there’s a delay from bad weather or some
other reason. Just guessing, don’t really know for sure.

Mine should have been delivered today, in fact the tracking information still says it will be here by the end of today LOL. For some reason my controller was held for 8 straight hours at one shipment center for no reason whatsoever. When I called UPS to
ask why it was being held they said it wasn't being held and gave me this big run around about how it's not being held and I should have it at my house blah blah blah. Hopefully it shows up tomorrow. This is the second controller I've bought recently where
the shipping company takes their sweet time at random stops. I live in Canada and have had packages go to the USA or hours passed my town before making their way back to me, like hello you passed me!

Times are tough up here in the North! lol

Courier tracking sites are often not updated or accurate at all.
