It looks like this issue is caused by compatibility issues with the Roblox software itself. Microsoft does not have the authority to fix

the compatibility issues of the Roblox game. In such cases, it is highly recommended to provide feedback to the developers.

Therefore, I suggest you visit the Roblox page on the Microsoft Store and submit your feedback with the developers regarding this issue.

I got Windows 11 Home 22H2. Also roblox was downloaded from the site and not from microsoft store because if you use the microsoft store version the mouse keeps going out of the screen.

It's Microsoft Store Version Only

Therefore, it is not Roblox's fault, it is Microsoft's.

Thank you for your response and for suggesting that I contact Roblox support. I have already done so and unfortunately, they were not able to provide a solution to my problem. I have also tried a clean boot on my PC as suggested by Microsoft support, but it did not fix the issue.

I have asked for assistance on a Discord server dedicated to Roblox scripting, and many others are experiencing the same issue with low FPS on the Microsoft Store version of Roblox. Interestingly, while I get around 500 FPS on the website version of Roblox, I'm only getting around 50-120 FPS on the Microsoft Store version, which is affecting my gameplay experience.

Regarding the FPS cap on the Microsoft Store version, I have been using a program called 'FPS Unlocker' from GitHub to remove the 60 FPS cap on both the website and the Microsoft Store versions of Roblox. This program has been working fine for a long time, but recently I have been experiencing significant FPS drops and poor performance on the Microsoft Store version even with the FPS Unlocker enabled.

In summary, I would like to emphasize that the issue is not related to my hardware or network, as I have a high-end PC and fast internet connection. I believe that this issue is with the Microsoft Store version of Roblox itself, and I hope that the Roblox team can address it soon.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the right click button on Roblox game.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please adjust Roblox in-game settings. Open the Roblox menu in the Microsoft version> Press Esc or click the Roblox icon to access the settings.

Switch Camera Mode to Classic or Follow experiment with these options to see which resolves the teleporting issue.

Lower the Camera Sensitivity slider to reduce erratic movements.

And then check mouse configuration. To do this, go to Windows Settings > Devices > Mouse. Adjust Pointer Speed and disable any acceleration options.

Test with another mouse to rule out hardware issues.

Next is to verify compatibility settings by right-clicking the Roblox shortcut or .exe file. Select Properties > Compatibility Tab.

Check Run this program in compatibility mode for and choose an older Windows version (e.g., Windows 10). Please apply the changes and relaunch the game.

Then disable overlays because game overlays like Discord or Nvidia GeForce Experience can interfere. Close Discord or other background apps.

Temporarily disable overlays to check if they affect camera movement.

After that is to update Roblox and Windows. Open the Microsoft Store and check for Roblox updates. Run Windows Update via Settings > Update & Security.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall Microsoft Roblox via Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.

Reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.
