Shenmue 1 & 2 Game Pass PC

I am having trouble with Shemnue to work on PC game pass, when i try to lauch the game through the launcher it does not load it just take me make to the screen where i have to choose if i want to play the first or second
one. I have been trying to get it to work for 2 weeks now.

I have re-installed the game twice through the game pass and the settings for the app itself and nothong is working i cannot find an fix anywhere.

Hello Tommy,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to first make sure your PC is up to date. Also, check the requirements for the game and make sure your PC meets them. Try uninstall the game, power down the PC by holding power button. Then wait 20 seconds turn
PC back on and try install game.

Hello i have already tried the above steps! it still will not get passed the launcher, every other game i have played on the PC game pass has worked other then this one, cheers.

Follow the above first, best way to ensure there isn't a problem. if it still fails to work you can follow the steps in this troubleshooter
