Shark cards with a number and a pin number

There is no number to call on the card.

Again, the card was bought at Kroger, and the number of digits is short by 1 to redeem. The PIN is 7 digits. xbox.codetocontent.com will not accept the card either.

Please I need help to find my pin number! Any advice would help!!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues signing in your Microsoft account. I understand that you have an Xbox and your account is requesting for a PIN.

If you’ve forgotten your PIN and can’t access restricted console features, follow these steps:

When you’re prompted to enter your PIN on the console, enter any 6-digit combination three times.

Enter your Microsoft account password when prompted.

Select Make a new PIN.

Enter a new PIN, and then enter it again to confirm.

I was not given those options. (I'm using the app on a computer)

I had to enter my password first, in order to get to the step where it wants me to enter a PIN. All I get is that the pin is locked and I have to restart the PC to attempt again after failing to enter the correct PIN too many times. I'm not getting any options to make a new PIN.

How can they reprint it if they cant see it though?

Your retailer has a responsibility for what they sell you and the quality of that item. You should demand a refund or a replacement

I explained everything to them and told them that if I couldn't get the pin number then it was gonna be worthless and cost me money. I got pissed off at the manger and they simply said that they couldn't refund. And I did ask them for another one and I got
shut down on that too! So many stores in this town are nothing but screwed up with crap employee's
