    i bought a shark card and never received my money i stayed in the loading screen for a good 1 hour an half

    The cash cards are actually back up now. I wonder if they are going to stay up now though.

    Red Shark card = $100,000

    Tiger Shark card = $200,000

    Bull Shark card = $500,000

    Great White Shark card = $1,250,000

    Just started Microsoft account, my son playing GTA5 says he's doing nothing strange

    But I already received several "Bull shark", "Red shark" and "Tiger shark" charges on my credit card, I can't understand how can I inhibit that and cannot remove my credit card

    PLEASE ANYONE CAN HELP ?

    Has the purchase been deducted from your Microsoft balance? If so, and the in-game currency has failed to appear, that would be an issue on behalf of Rockstar Games.

    Thank you, and I double checked and it is the right one. I think I found an easier way to do this and that would be to go into the game itself and buy it from there rather than from the app, if that makes any sense. Is it possible to get a refund on this so I could buy it in game? if not could you proceed with the next steps, of which I have tried shutting down and reinstalling. Or is it possible to change this into a 25 digit redeemable code?

    Can you make sure and double-check that you purchased the cards for the correct console?

    If you are on a next-gen SERIES X|S but did not purchase the Next-Gen copy of GTA, You would have needed to purchase Xbox One shark cards as that would be the copy you are playing and same goes for Next Gen.
