Sharing xbox games on smartphone with my family

Can you share xbox games on your smartphone with the family? I bought SIM3 for the smartphone and my son keep playing it 24/7 and use my phone. Can I just share the game or do I have to buy SIM3 again?

A home network sharing the same internet connection. That why they called it a home network. This computer, My WP8,My care give smartphone, Her laptop, her adult child smartphone, Her adult child boyfriend table, My XBOX 360 and her adult child boyfriend
360 are sharing the same connection. But it easy to say. Yes they are sharing internet.

Family sharing was a joke. What good is it if you can't play the game at the same time. Family sharing = 1 console playing at a time. Not buy 1 game and have all 4 consoles in you house playing together. Are you going to wait 2 weeks for cousin Jim to beat
Halo5 so he can share it with you? Not me I want to play it ONLINE on the day of LAUNCH with my FAMILY. Not possible w/ family sharing. People are so uneducated.

If he wants to use his own account on another phone to play the game, that account would also need to purchase the game.
