Hi.

First of all, forgive my English.

I've been a Overwatch player for over a year on Xbox One. I wanted to change support and switch to Windows PC. Unfortunately, I thought I could get my account back, or at least the cosmetics because I invested a little in the Lootbox.

And then I find out that I can't get my cosmetics back. When I ask on the OW forum, I am told that each platform manages its backups. I know it is in your line of conduct to connect the Xbox one to the PC.

Could you see to share the PC and Xbox backups of OW?

Overwatch league skins removed from my account

I would like to know if I can get the Overwatch league skins I got for free back and remove 2 other skins from the Overwatch league premotion

I watched a trailer for overwatch this weekend that was a promotion to receive the skin for mercy. However, I have not yet received the skin.

As Overwatch is not a Play Anywhere title, the Xbox One and Windows 10 versions of the game would be separate, I'm afraid. Items and add-ons from the Xbox One version would not transfer to the Windows 10
version.

If you started the Overwatch 2 Game without taking advantage of the merge option, is there a way to merge now? Was it only offered that one time? Is the merge still possible to be able to get the skins from Overwatch 1 moved over to Overwatch 2?

Hello Alan, in the transition from Overwatch 1 to 2 Blizzard warned that the skin system would be changed and would have to advance in levels in the game so you can unlock the skins.

You own the skins, but they will have to be unlocked.

For most of them it is not necessary to battle passes, but for some alternative special skins, they will need the battle pass.

When starting the game you have the option to merge your account, so follow the instructions below.~
