Sharing not working

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to look into it for you.

You may want to go to http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure you purchased game pass on your account and not his. Game pass itself does not share. The games that are downloaded through the service do.

Put another way in case I'm not clear:

Account A has Gold and has set Xbox A as Home. Accounts B, C, D, E, and F can sign in on Xbox A and use Account A's Gold, even if Account A signs in on Xbox B.

We bought Gold for Account B. Account B has set Xbox B as Home. But Accounts C, D, E, and F can't use Account B's Gold on Xbox B.

According to
Xbox.com, all one should have to do to share Gold is to set the console as his Home Xbox, but it's not working.

I have on screen the error dev 6037. I have tried to solve it about 20 times. I have tried everything according to all the information I have searched and I have not been lucky to play. Will they have any solution? In Moder Warfare

You would need your friend to sign into your Xbox to start the download of the game onto your xbox - I doubt resetting or redownloading your profile will work,

So once your friend has signed in download the game,

Then he can sign out and resign into their Xbox and you should be running and gunning in no time soon !
