Sharing map packs

I have the season pass for black ops 2 which I purchased on a different console, previously bought a new console and I re-downloaded everything and I can't use the map packs on my little sisters account and its on the same console as my account. I've tried
a license transfer with my account and I still can't use them on my sisters account. Is there any other ways I can get them onto my sisters profile??

Question About DLC

Would using this method for sharing DLC be a violation against Terms of Rights, Code of Conduct, etc.?

- Player A: 'A'

- Player B: 'B'

" 'A' wants to buy a new map pack, but he only has enough money to pay for half for it. 'B' gives 'A' his money to pay for the other half of the map pack. Feeling bad for 'B', 'A' finds a way to share the map pack with 'B'. 'A' asks 'B' for his email and
his password so he can recover his GamerTag. 'A' recovers 'B''s GamerTag. 'A' signs into 'B''s account and buys the map pack using 'B''s GamerTag. After 'A' has finished downloading the map pack onto his console, 'B' recovers his GamerTag back. 'B' downloads
the map pack onto his console from his download history. Both 'A' and 'B' now have the same map pack, but 'A' can only play the map pack on his console and 'B' can only play the map pack on his GamerTag only when he is signed into Xbox Live."

I'm asking this in case me and my brother want to share DLC in the future, we both have separate consoles.

 

Map sharing

So the basic answer is you can, but it's a lot of work and maybe not worth the trouble if you get caught. I was curious about this myself because I have a map that I have spent a lot of time on. My son really wants to play on my map on his profile and there
lies the problem . I'm going to try the seed thing and see if that works. I wish we could somehow make our maps public because I'm proud of my map and I just want other adults to see it.

 

After you did the license transfer did you redownload the packs?

 

Yes I did. Still didn't work
