My brother, my two nephews, and myself shared a Family Gold Account. Sucks they're getting rid of it. Was a great deal for families with four XBox's who wanted to game together.

If you set your nephews console as your home console then this should allow him to share most of your games purchased through the store on the console in addition to a feature called home gold. If you do set your nephews console as your home console please
make sure to set up a passkey to prevent him from making purchases using your account.
