    Hey Kitten Claymore -

    Hmm. I got your screenshot but I also got a black screen or "Something went wrong" which is definitely interesting! I can see the screenshots and game clips you are taking on your Xbox.com profile, just not when it's sent to me directly.

    Do you have another Xbox Live account on your Xbox One console? If not, please

    Create a New Xbox Live account    . (If you already have a second account, you can ignore that step and proceed to the next.) Next, using that secondary account, please take a new screenshot in GTAV and try sending it to me again.

    Let me know how that goes or if we need to try something else. Shared Content/Game DVR problem :)

    Hey, thanks for doing that. I did get that screenshot from that account and I can view it accordingly.

    I know I outlined the steps for resetting privacy settings above and you said you had tried those. I know you've already tried it once before but please check those again and make sure they are set to the settings you want. This time, however, change those
    settings to a different option. Then go back in and reset the settings to "Friends" or "Everyone," whichever is your preference. So toggle the settings to something different and back to your desired options.

    Next, please Remove Your Xbox Live account from your Xbox One. Then Power
    Cycle Your Xbox One    . Once your console is turned back on, you can add your account back and try sending me a new screenshot or clip again.

    And because it's worth giving it a shot, please check that you are appearing online to all your friends.

    Let us know if that works or if we need to try something else.

    Hey, thanks for doing that.

    I was able to see the screenshot AND the prior one you sent me so on my end, it appears to have sorted itself out. Can you test with a friend that was experiencing the same issue to confirm please?

    I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it worked! Shared Content/Game DVR problem :)

    And no, it is still happening.

    They still cannot view anything. They're getting the 'something went wrong' error, if that helps in any way possible.

    Mascot, I did try the activity feed, but no dice.

    I did try a new account and it's still doing it.

    It's happening with all the games I play mostly. I haven't tried any 360 games though, I'll find out and post an update.
