Share an xbox-play-anywhere-title within microsoft family

My question is, if I cold share Forza Horizon 4 with my brother. We are in a Microsoft family and own an Xbox one S as well as a Pc. Fh4 is currently installed on the console and the Pc. The issue we have though, is that I can play the game on the Xbox and
the Pc with my account, whereas my brother can only play on the console with his account. Is there any possibility that he can get the permission to play with his account on his account on the Pc the way I can? The game was bought with my account.

Hi sfp26, no sorry, the game share between different people (gamertag) only works on console, not on PC.

log into his name on pc, go to the store, sign out of the store and sign in with your credentials, then go to download forza again, it will instantly complete, then sign out of the store and log off the account, log back in and boom you can both play the
game

I know this works as i do this myself for my kids across 3 pc's.

Game saves are only shared if a Xbox Title is a play anywhere (Xbox / Windows 10) title in the Microsoft store.

As long as the games are Xbox titles and play anywhere titles then yes you can share them. If they are specifically Windows 10 games then you will not be able to share them. Example of a couple play anywhere titles are gears of war 4 forza horizon 4

I wanted to share forza horizon 4 with my family. And play with them online, but it looks like whenever both pc opens the game together, one of them will be auto closed.
