Shadowfen not loading since update

Thanks but I have tried restarting and turning the console on and off at the mains numerous times and am still having the same problem. Earlier I had a new message appear which stated "sign in or renew the subscription. It looks like you are not signed in
as the subscription holder for this game. Sign in to Xbox live or renew the subscription in the Xbox store. (0x803f900a)" I am signed in to my account however no longer have Xbox live. But I should still be able to play the game as before, just not access
the online features

If that doesn't fix the problem then try this using the option to "keep games and apps"

support.xbox.com/.../reset-console-to-factory-defaults

Hello! Try doing a factory reset by going to settings, console and updates and factory reset. Be sure to choose keep everything and then your console will restart and hopefully resolve your problem.

Let's see if
power cycling your console helps shake things out. That's generally the first thing to try when weird little things like this pop up. If that doesn't work, go ahead and unplug your Xbox and then unplug your home network. Wait 5 minutes or so and then plug
it all back in and see if things are working better.

Heya,

I am experiencing a similar problem.. however mine seems to be xbox 360 type disks that are not accepted since update ...

Played BO2 this morning (around 7 hours ago from time of posting) and had no issues..

Once i exited out of BO2 the xbox update message came up so i updated now it wont accepted these disks..

Starts to spin up then stops.. xbox one disks are fine for the two i tested.

Really hope this gets fixed soon.
