Shadow of War's guide menu is not working correctly

Which device/platform are you playing this game? I believe you currently play this via cloud gaming? Did you only try it with a browser (Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge)? If on Android, have you tried it with Xbox Game Pass app?

If you use a browser, try to reset your browser's cache or data and see if that fixes the issue.

Got it. Does the issue only happen to that specific game? What steps have you tried so far?

First, make sure that all contents for that game are installed.
In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).
Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.
Select Install, to confirm the installation.

Please also perform a power cycle on your console. Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

Do the same on your router. Unplug it from the power source for few minutes before turning it back on.

It is in game. From the TITLE of this post, it is Shadow of War, a game by WB. Nothing that you have suggested has anything to do with what is happening in game on one specific menu. It has nothing to do with online interactivity nor is it something wrong with the Xbox itself it is the game. Like I said I have looked on Google search engine as well as Bing's search engine for this issue. Yet I was unable to find anything on this specific issue, which is why I came here for help and to see if anyone else had this issue.

I am playing the game on Xbox One S, downloaded onto the system. It has nothing to do with a browser as this is in game video. I just posted the video so people could see the issue.

Same problem when starting up Shadow of War. Other games work fine though. This started for me around 1pm today. Shadow of War was working fine this morning.
