Shadow of War won't active on my PC.

Discus and support Shadow of War won't active on my PC. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought it digitally and I cannot figure out how to install it on PC.     I bought it digitally and I cannot figure out how to install it on PC. I know its Xbox play anywhere, so why can't I play it?

    Shadow of Mordor won't install

    i cannot get shadow of Mordor to install. No problem with installing any other game. I have disconnected internet, done hard reboot, practically anything I could find on internet. No luck. I have had this game installed in the past but run out of space.
    Got external hd and installing a bunch. This game is the only problem. Any ideas? Something I do t know to do?
