Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having a problem downloading your MS Solitaire game data. Based on the error code you received (Error code 121010), you may wish to attempt to reinstall the latest update
to your Windows 10 OS as there may have been an issue with it completing correctly.

To update quickly, select check for updates now below, and then select Check for
updates. Or select the Start button, and
then go to Settings 
> Update & Security 
> Windows Update 
, and select Check for updates. Once it is complete, restart your computer and then launch the game.
If you receive the same message, then click "cancel" and you should be able to proceed.

Give this a try and let us know the results.
