SF 30 anniversary collection pre order code issues

Not sure if anyone is having the same issue I am.

I preordered street fighter 30th anniversary collection, it arrived today and I was emailed the bonus codes for SFIV and STIV arcade edition but after I redeemed the codes the games were no where to be found... is this a known issue or is something wrong
with my xbox?

Never received my pre-order bonus for Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection

Hello, I pre-ordered Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection on May 28, 2018 a day prior from release date and I was due to receive pre-order bonus codes for Super SF IV Arcade Edition and Ultra SF IV add-on one to two weeks after the release date. I've
checked my messages daily, specifically those from Xbox Live and I've yet to receive any code for this pre-order purchase. I've spoken to an agent concerning this matter and the reference number for the chat is 1432232827. Can you please help me out with this
issue. Thank you very much.

 

I have the same issue with these codes.

I already contacted the Microsoft support team and now it’s seems that I redeemed both of the code with an another account. Seems very strange because I downloaded Street Fighter 4 Arcade Édition but I cannot play with it.

 

Same problem here in Spain. I think it's because the 2 codes are just the dlc complements to the full game, but not the full game. So we have dlc Arcade Edition and Ultra, but not the full Arcade Edition (or Super), which are more than 6gb, where the dlc
is less than 2gb.

If you go to your download history, it shows both codes as dlc complements.

Has Microsoft responded to this?

 

I just posted a separate topic about this, didn't see this thread. You are right - it is just the dlc codes and not the base game, as I think it was supposed to be.

Are they going to fix this?
