Sexual harassment on console games

So I have been recently dealing with extreme sexual harassment based on gender in team chat. Unfortunately after repeated reports to several accounts nothing has happened at all. I even was on the phone with Xbox support for an hour and thirty minutes,
for a woman to tell me that she also deals with it but cannot do anything about it. Why is Xbox promoting a community where it is ok for extreme harassment IE telling me to get on my knees because I am a woman and that's all I can do eck. But, not taking action
from these accounts? I have tried multiple times writing lengthy reports on accounts and nothing ever happens and there is nobody that I can even talk to about these things. It really is starting to seem more and more that the people working for this company
promote a toxic environment for women and in no way shape or form attempt to do anything about this. Why is this ok?

Previously, when I have reported someone and they have gotten banned, I have gotten a message from xbox support telling me that action was taken on a report that I have recently made. The last time I have gotten that message was a year plus ago and I have
made numerous reports on messages people have sent me saying terrible sexist things and nothing has ever happened. So I am confused why now I would not be getting a message when someone is banned? I am just really getting sick of it.

I am aware of Reports about these such things they can be extreme , i have had people i recently helped have the same problem i recommend using Report and Block as for Report option i would def add details in report so that the Support Team can better
understand the situation and be able to assist immediately !

As far as why the enforcement team only sends the messages at random is not something we would know here on the forums as we don't work for the enforcement team. If you have suggestions on things you would like to see in the future, then you would want to

Xbox ambassadors are volunteers and are not staff so they don't represent the Xbox or Microsoft, I do apologize for those disgusting and sexist comments being directed to you by a member of the Xbox community. But as suggested blocking and reporting them
is the best way forward. If an Xbox ambassador is removed from the program if they have any sort of action taken against them by the enforcement team.

The message is just sent at random. They don't send it on every type of action or any specific actions.

I removed your post because I also removed his and it is no longer relevant to the thread. These are community based forums so no one who has posted here works for Microsoft.
