    since 2015 says reached star one VIP and have credits and since nothing yet i have made purchases renewed and done many other reward criteria and getting none. What is going on this is crazy went 7 years not one issue yet since Oct of 2016 it has just been
    back to back with Xbox and my account having issues. I need someone to look into this ASAP.

    MyVIP Vault Rewards Credits balance discrepancy

    Hello,

    From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.


    You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    MyVIP Vault Rewards Credits balance discrepancy

    Hi,

    I redeemed 15,000 MyVIP Vault Rewards Credits, but only $2.04 was deposited into my account. I spoke with someone on chat support and he suggested I post here for resolution since it should have been $15 deposited.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration
    every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero
    star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made on the 17th, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending. However, we do see that there is a discrepancy between our terms and conditions and our FAQ, and are reaching out to our promotions team for clarification on
    this. Apologies for the confusion.

    No, I was only credited today, and haven't made any purchases since, but the amount in currency doesn't tally with the supposed rebate for the past month. The only thing I can think of is if the amount in credits includes last month's rebate. Thanks btw

    We recently performed our yearly Credit exchange rates, which caused you to be rewarded at a rate of 4 GBP per 5000 Credits instead of 3 GBP per 5000 Credits. This resulted in you receiving more than expected. We are currently in the process of updating
