    Hi,

    Couple days ago I got black screen of death, I managed to reset the consol, but now I am trying to sign in and the first error code that comes up is 0x87dd001a, then I tried to check my network settings and when I pressed to check it next error code came up - 0x80070490 (same error code comes up when I press “Connect to Xbox Live”.
    So now I tried to Reset mu consol again. When I press to “Reset Consol” error code 0x80bd0019 comes up, after pressing on “Reset and keep my games&apps” error cord 0x80bd0023 comes up.

    I have tried now hard reset and factory reset, but nothing helps. My internet connection is good, wifi is working perfectly.

    Could someone please help to fix this problem?

    Also check your network connection, whether its wired or Wifi. Damaged ethernet cable or interference with WiFi (wireless) signal can have a detrimental impact.
