    Setup for new Xbox One X won't finish


    Trying to go through the initial setup of my Project Scorpio Xbox One X and it hangs on the 'Enter' block when asking to input your account/gamer tag info. I press 'A' and it won't go pass the enter selection. I've rebooted it several times and still hangs
    on the same spot.

    Suggestions?

    If I never ever connect my xbox one to the internet....

    Cannot accept the terms of use

    Hi -

    just got my new xbox one and trying to set it up.

    on the screen of the terms of use, i click on the I accept, but it always coming back to the same screen.

    it won't let me finish the setup proccess.

    Please help :/

    Hey there Is1anders!

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums. It sounds like you opted to continue the console setup while the console is currently updating is this correct?

    If you did not see the setup code that you were supposed to enter on the Xbox app you can always wait for the console to finish updating and then complete the setup on the console.

    You can follow the steps provided on the following support page for more information on how to setup your Xbox One X.

    Ultra hd player or app problems.

    Same issue. BRAND NEW XBox One X, right out of the box. Setup no problem. Installed the BluRay App. Won't play ANY Blu Ray disks. Just get either a frozen spinning wheel of death at the BluRay logo screen, or the perpetual spinning wheel of death at
    the logo screen. Never advances to the actual disk.
