Settings up Existing Xbox live account to new Xbox

Please, follow these steps:

From the Home screen:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Profile & system > Add or switch > Add new.

Enter the email address of your Microsoft account and follow the on-screen instructions.

No a new Xbox live account

Xbox and games for windows live regions can never be changed once set

Since it is a pre existing games for windows account it goes by that region

You will have to create an new Xbox live account with a new windows live id

Hi, you can
change the email associated withan Xbox account by adding a new email to the account and then removing the old one. Note that an existing @outlook/@live/@hotmailaccount is considered an existing Microsoft account with Microsoft/Xbox information associated
with it and therefore can't be used, even if that account has never used Xbox Live features before. You could create a new @outlook/@live account in the process of setting up the new email, or use another email from another provider that is not already linked
as an alias to a different Microsoft account. Hope this helps!

once a region is set the region of an account cannot be changed

the migration tool can only be used at this time for the 9 new xbox live regions not existing

you might have to call xbox support so they can set up your new microsoft account with your existing gamer tag
