Settings page on Xbox account not working?

So I needed to check my Xbox account settings because I wasn't able to join multiplayer lobbies in a game I was playing. I assume my multiplayer settings might be at fault so I went to check them. Most sources say to go to account.xbox.com/settings, which is where I had already gone a few months prior.

It says the page isn't found, has it been removed or is it just not working right now? How else could I change some of my settings?

When you said it doesn't give you the option to configure your settings, what do you mean? When those privacy settings on console and the web were the same. Are you part of a family group perhaps?

A child/teen account is described as:

-Young child: Anyone under the age of 8

-Child: Ages 8 through 12

-Teen: Ages 13 through 17 (or 18 in South Korea)

It works fine on my end, I attached a screenshot for your visibility below. In most cases, it might be an issue with your region. You may want to wait for them to resolve this later on.

The first solution does not relate to my issue. The options it gives me there doesn't let me alter and check the settings I want to check.

The second solution also doesn't work, because https://account.xbox.com/Settings seems to not be functioning? Although I am aware that the settings I need to check are on that page

Sorry to hear about that, however, you may opt to configure that through your console, you may do so by following the steps here: https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-saf...

If you don't have a console to do so, you may use this link here: https://account.xbox.com/Settings. I would suggest using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome and if it doesn't work, you may try to use a different device or different internet source.

I'm having this exact same issue trying to get my child access to minecraft multiplayer. Has this ever been fix?
