Setting up our account on a pre-owned Xbox One w/Madden bundle

Digital content like that goes with the accounts so if you delete the previous owners profile from the xbox then you will lose access to the game and if the previous owner has access to that account and downloads it to a different xbox one and makes the
new xbox one their home console then you would loose access to the game also. which if you currently do not have access to the game without the original profile being signed in then your console is not set as the home console.

so basically since its a digitally purchased game that the license for the game goes with the profile that purchased it then you would need to purchase the game on your profile to have access to it at all times.

College Football 25 Preload vs. Madden 26 Availability – Right now, only College Football 25 is available for pre-install. Madden 26 hasn’t officially opened up for preload yet, even if it's part of the bundle. That’s normal for multi-title packages.

Check Full Purchase Details – Head over to your Microsoft account order history here:

Confirm the MVP Bundle shows as “Completed” or “Pre-ordered.” If it’s all listed under one transaction, you’re good.

Where Madden 26 will appear later – As we get closer to Madden 26’s launch or preload window, it should appear in your My games & apps > Full library > Owned games section automatically.

If it still doesn’t show closer to release, you can manually search for Madden 26 in the store while logged into the same account and check if it says “Owned.”

You picked a great time to get the Xbox One. Like Eggnogga said, they're still doing the promotion where you can get an Xbox package of your choice(Kinectless Xbox, Xbox w/ Kinect, Xbox w/ Kinect Forza and the Kinectless Madden 15 bundle) as well as a free
game(get dat Destiny) The first 2 options are really not relevant cuz even if you don't want a Kinect, you can still get Madden 15 for free basically and if you do want Kinect, go with the Forza bundle. I would say get the Kinect because like others have said,
navigation is so much better with it. Plus it's super fun to tell your Xbox to do this and that. Hurry up though because that promotion ends tomorrow.

Hey mbal70. As was already mentioned, Xbox does not sell their bundles with pre installed games. All bundles would come with a code that you can link the game to your account with. If you purchased a bundle from a store with a pre installed game that
means the store has sold you a previously owned console. Someone else will have used that code on their account and left the game on the console when they returned it.

Thepacks did not download with the pre-order of the game.

While logged in to your profile on the Xbox website.

Search for the pre-order bundle of METAL GEAR SURVIVE.

Make sure that it says "You own this product".

Click "Install to Xbox one"

Depending on your Xbox one settings it will download right away or the next time you turn on your Xbox.
