    Setting up a child account to block public servers, but enable access to Realms


    I have a Minecraft Windows 10 Realms subscription which I use with my child. We recently had an issue when she joined a public server and started adding lots of friends, which we want to prevent. As far as I can see though, the settings for multi-player access affect both public servers and Realms.

    Is it possible to block access to public servers, but enable access to Realms:

    The setting in question is:

    Join multiplayer games

    Decide to allow or block joining Xbox Live multiplayer games on Xbox One.

    Any advice that can be offered is gratefully received.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    I'm afraid that's not possible, MaxTLion. But you can definitely block her from adding friends.
