    Hi there!



    The specific reason to why you're unable to download the map pack is because of the region location information set for your account. When you move back to holland the content should download with no problems at all.

    I am having an issue downloading a few specific prices of game content.

    To answer your question:

    I simply get a "can't download" message after I purchase a specific DLC pack for a game. My region (Continental U.S.) is set for both areas. I can download anu thing but those specific things listed above.

    Have you got autoshut down set in the settings? Probably not the cause, but worth checking. Although it should only really shut down afer a specific time of inactivity. Also, Im not sure, but is there child settings on the Xbox One to set a specific gameplay
    time?

    - Set the amount of time your family member can spend on the app or game each day and when they’re allowed to use it. Use the same limits every day or tailor a schedule for each day of the week.

    What exactly prevents you from downloading your Profile? Do you get a specific error message, or what (does not) happen, when you try to download your Profile?

    Have you already tried clearing the Xbox 360 storage in the Storage settings of the Xbox One?
