Xbox series s controllerimi garanti dahilinde istenilen şekilde ups kargo ile ayın 14'dünde gönderdim fakat 10 günü geçmesine rağmen hala bir gelişme, bir bilgilendirme alamadım bu durum normal mi? ve işlemler ortalama kaç gün sürüyor

It can take some time for the whole process....used to sometimes take 2-3 weeks and that was in normal times.

Have you not had any update at all...does it show anything in your order in your account? After 10 days, I would have at least expected it to have arrived at the repair centre (after all, Turkey to Germany isn't that far). Might be worth checking with UPS (if that was the delivery service used) to see if it has been delivered

The refund procedure has moved to become a bit more of a self-service option. Therefor, you will need to

request a refund for the item itself. This can also be done via your
Order history.

it seems that 3 months gamepass membership worths 90 tl but the money I owe is 177 tl

I can pay 90 tl but 177 tl for 3 months gamepass is way overpriced for me.

also if I delete this microsoft account, my membership should be cancelled shouldn't it?

I'm not using this account to play games anyway.

it turns out that I have to wait 3 months in total for the membership to cancel itself.

It's already been a month so 60 days to go.
