Servicing Xbox in a foreign country

Xbox Repair, works by contacting technical support, they will send you the form's email. And then you order a day UPC. And then, the Xbox is sent to the nearest authorized service center, for example in a subsidiary country.

Hello guys, I've recently purchased an Xbox. It worked for a few days but now it wouldn't turn on (it turns on and then shut downs immediately). If I leave it disconnected all night then the next day it will work for a minute, freeze and then go back to
not working mode.

It clearly needs servicing and it's under warranty. Microsoft sent me a UPS shipping label, which is of no use in my country (Chile). Has anybody experienced these type of problems? How do I get my Xbox serviced? I have the feeling nobody is really is answering
or responding for the malfunctioning Xbox at Microsoft, impossible to talk or write to human being there and all the option I am being proposed is to contact you guys in this forum. Hopefully someone can give me a hand.

p.s. being new to Xbox Microsoft I am shocked by the low level of service that's offered.

Two.things first you.ger a shipping label from your local sources if its dhl ups local courier service

So the question is

Did you ask for.a shipping label .from another address and had it mailed to you?

If so as you pointed out that wont work

Also if you purchased a us xbox one rather then your local regional console

Here is the thing the warranty is by region

You would have to ship bqck to an address in the country you purchased it in at your own cost then warranty it

your account is set to your proper region, it should let you know what options you have for service. They should also have a representative chat on that site to ask more pointed questions of the service that should be of help if you still have questions
or concerns.
