Hi i probably put this in the wrong category but you. don't have a category for billing, so sorry. Any ways for some reason I can't access my subscriptions to change how i want to pay both on the web or on my Xbox keeps saying that
there is a problem on your end try again later or some bs like that. Please fix it now soi can change my billing back to how i want it thanks.

You would be a late comer to the party it seems. The truth is, year subscriptions from retailers that have them on sale is the most economical way to buy Xbox Live Gold. Xbox Live is a internet based multiplayer service. The most value in the service
is online gaming, The secondary's are a few sales on Xbox Arcade sales.

For a taste I'd have to say try Happy Wars for a good free game to play with your trial. Xbox is all about online matchmaking. If you happen to be a subscriber to Netflix, a gamer, and a Windows Media Center user like myself Xbox is a no-brainer.

Honestly, the only person you should fell miffed at is yourself. A 5 second internet search could have easily turned up all the information on Xbox and Xbox Live that would have better informed you before making the purchase.

Lets chalk this all up to another irresponsible consumer purchasing a luxury product they know nothing about.

Try removing your profile, then adding it back and then see if it'll let you update your billing. You can learn how to do that here: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

If that doesn't work, contact support in your region to make sure there isn't a billing issue with your account.

 

I deleted my profile and reinstalled it twice. But I'm still get the same try that again something happened on our end, and we can't show all the data at the moment. waiting a bit might help message not just on my Xbox but on the Microsoft account it you
not me so please fix it.

 

You can access your subscriptions here https://account.microsoft.com/services to see your subscriptions. You'll also be able to change your main method of payment on that
site.

If you want to change a payment type for a specific subscription then you'll more than likely need to cancel the auto renewal and wait till it runs out before adding the new method.
