    Services and Subscriptions list not loading


    So I've been having this issue for a week now, I've been trying to pay a declined subscription payment, and the page that I need to do that isn't loading. Has anyone else had this problem? Any fixes?

    Friends list not showing on Xbox app for PC

    Hey Jeremy!

    The reason your friends list is not loading up on the app is due to an
    Xbox Live Service     issue affecting some core services, including loading up the friends list.

    You can get notified once the alert is over by going to the link that I provided.

    How do I turn off Auto Renew?

    To stop automatically renewing your subscription, but keep using it until it expires:

    1. Sign in to your services and subscriptions page with your Microsoft account.
    2. Find the subscription you want to stop renewing, then select Turn off auto-renew.
    3. Select Confirm cancellation.

    To make sure, are you referring to the Microsoft Account Subscriptions page? If you're seeing trouble when you sign in there, try clearing the cache in your browser and try again, or try from a different browser. Any
    difference?

    Xbox Live Subscription with GamePass is supposed to expire tomorrow why cant I access any of my games online? Account is not banned.

    If you log into account.microsoft.com and look under services and subscriptions do you still see the subscription listed there?
