    MS doesn't give warnings before any action is taken. Our warning is the XBL Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. If anyone violates those the XBL PET will simply just take action without warning.

    They don't send warnings. The code of conduct/terms of service you agree to when you signed up are considered the warnings.
