I bought and paid for my xbox in the UK and it came with 2 years of gamepass.

I have recently moved countries, done all of the account region changes in both my Microsoft account and on my xbox but still get met with that message trying to sign in.

Microsoft has lied saying the service is available within Russia, they have lied saying once you switch regions all of your gamepass subscriptions will be moved over. And you can't contact a human at all to get the issue solved and you can't request a refund of any kind.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. As stated on the Xbox and Microsoft websites, Microsoft has suspended the sale of products and services in Russia. This is due to ongoing international sanctions.

It sounds like the account region doesn't match the profile info. You may want to double check this to be sure.

Thanks for the reply, I should mention that my relatives who own an xbox and live near me are able to sign in. What frustrates me is that this is the first time it happens. I've had this xbox for over a year now
